Weihnachtessen der besonderen Art

Nach einigen Stunden auf dem Smoker, war es endlich soweit, 73 Grad erreicht und ab in den Backofen zum ruhen. Der Truthahn war super saftig und die Füllung hat hervorragend gepasst. Wir können es kaum erwarten wieder 10 Leute zum Essen einzuladen.

Es war unser erster Truthahn und auch wenn er mir nicht so gut gelungen ist( zu trocken ) war der Geschmack vom gleich super <br /> Lieferung war schnell und unkompliziert und der Preis Fair. Freu mich schon auf nächstes Mal.
