1. Scope of application
Our website is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. In addition, our offer is aimed exclusively at customers from the Federal Republic of Germany. All contracts for deliveries and services that we conclude with all persons or companies of any kind and will conclude in the future are subject to the following conditions:
2. Offer and conclusion of contract
2.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. Errors excepted.
2.2 By clicking on the "Order" button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we change the status of your order to "Money expected" or "In progress". You will receive the status change by e-mail to your specified e-mail address.
2.3 We will send you an automatic confirmation of receipt by e-mail immediately after sending the order, in which your order will be listed again and which you can print out via the "Print" function. The automatic acknowledgement of receipt documents that your order has been received by us and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
3. Right of withdrawal
3.1 Cancellation policy: You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
3.2 Consequences of revocation: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
3.3 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal: The right of revocation does not apply, among other things, to contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs or which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return or can spoil quickly or whose expiry date has been exceeded. This also applies to goods delivered sealed that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and to goods that are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.
4. Retention of title
We reserve the title of all delivered goods until full payment has been made.
5. Shipping
5.1 Delivery time: It can take up to 5 days until the ordered goods are available and can be handed over to the parcel service. In the case of prepayment, your order can only be processed and sent after the corresponding advance payment amount has been received on our account. The delivery of the package by DHL can take 1 - 3 days. We point out any deviating delivery times on the respective product page.
5.2 On-time delivery: If a punctual delivery is desired, this is possible for an extra charge by express shipping. To do this, select the appropriate shipping option during the ordering process and inform us of the date via the corresponding field during the ordering process.

5.4 Packaging & cooling:So that you can enjoy our goods fresh, the shipment takes place in special thermoboxes made of polystyrene with ice. These can be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.

If an order is divided at the customer's request and the respective parts are shipped on different days, 5.90 € in flat shipping costs will be charged per part, provided that the respective part is below 50, - € value of goods.
5.6 Shipping area: We only ship within the Federal Republic of Germany.
5.7 Transferof risk : If the postman does not meet anyone at the delivery address specified by you on the first delivery attempt, the risk of transport and the risk of spoilage of the goods shall pass to you, as delays in acceptance may result in the spoilage of the goods.
6. Terms of payment
- Prepayment: The goods will be shipped only after receipt of the final amount.
- Invoice: With the 6th order you can order as a regular customer on account.
- PayPal: The goods will be shipped on the next day of shipment if goods are available.
- Sofortüberweisung: The goods will be shipped on the next day of shipment if goods are available.
7. Minimum order value
We only deliver from an order value of more than 25 €.

All offers on our part are always subject to change and non-binding.
9. Prices
Our prices quoted on the website apply. In the event of typing/writing and other errors in the price information on our part, we are entitled to adjust them retrospectively, in which case you naturally have the opportunity to withdraw from the contract. Our prices are always in euros and always include the statutory value added tax.
