Es mag subjektiv sein: Das Fleisch selbst ist absolut lecker und sehr zart. Mich stört der hohe Fett- und Knorpelanteil, ich muss zu viel wegschneiden. Klar, Fett gehört dazu, Geschmack und die Zartheit resultiert zum Teil auch sicherlich daher.<br /> <br /> Ich empfehle jedem, es einfach zu testen.
