Pre-order pickup

Due to staff shortages, we have had to make some changes regarding pre-orders of pickups since January 2021. Since there are always questions about this, we would like to clarify the following questions for you in this article:

1. What can be ordered and when?

1. What can be ordered and when?

Unfortunately, since the beginning of this year, we can no longer offer everything at all times. The reason lies simply in the situation of the labour market and the resulting shortage of personnel. Nevertheless, we would like to continue to be able to offer you as much as possible. That's why we opted for a weekly changing selection of articles. In this way, we can ensure that we will continue to offer almost all goods in the future. Otherwise, our online shipping is not affected by this restriction.

When you can pre-order what to pick up, you will find in our product catalog in PDF format. After a short introduction, you will first find an overview of all standard articles. We produce these weekly or we continue to bring them to the weekly market every week. This is followed by the articles mentioned above, which are produced on a weekly basis.

In addition, there are items that we produce only in winter or only in summer. This is also evident from the list. To the product catalogue.

2. When can I order at the latest?

Pre-orders for collection in our farm shop or at one of our weekly market stalls must be received at least two days in advance. For example, if you want to pick up goods at one of our weekly markets on a Friday, you must have ordered from us by Wednesday evening at the latest. By e-mail this is even possible in the night between Wednesday and Thursday. From Thursday morning, all orders will be collected and the sales cars can drive to you on Friday morning to the weekly market.

3. How can I order?

As you know, many roads lead to Rome. In principle, you can place your pre-order by phone (07263/5258), by fax (07263/4324), at the weekly market with one of our friendly employees, via our online shop or by e-mail (contact (at) ullrichs-putenhof.de).

If you would like to place your order by fax, e-mail or at the weekly market stand, we will provide you with an order form, which you are welcome to use. This ensures that no necessary information is forgotten.

4. Is there a minimum order value or can it be bypassed?

Due to the high cost of packaging, it is not worthwhile for us to ship smaller orders. Therefore, a minimum order value applies to shipping orders.

For pickup orders, the expensive packaging costs do not apply. Therefore, the minimum order value is not applicable here. To bypass this for pickup orders, please use the article "pickup dummy". Start the search by clicking on the magnifying glass in the header of our page. After that a search field will appear. There you enter either pickup or dummy. The corresponding article will appear. Please put it into your shopping cart. The article corresponds in price to the minimum order value. Of course we do not charge you for the article. So you can place a pickup order with any order value with us.

Please note that if this item is in your shopping cart, other shipping methods will be hidden. That is, should you change your mind and prefer to receive the goods in a parcel to your home, then you must remove this item again.
