We announced it for a long time, now it's finally time and we can present you our new online shop in a new, refreshing design. As a result, our shop now looks cleaner and clearer.
We were able to move all customer accounts to the new shop. Unfortunately, we could not take over your old password. We kindly ask you to create a newpasswordfor your account via the " Forgot Password function ".
Our new online shop not only looks more beautiful and clear. For an even better shopping experience, we have expanded our shop with various new functions. We would like to present these to you below:
Select your own shipping date
In our old shop you could only influence the shipping date indirectly. In 2015, when our last shop went online, we wanted to make it as easy and convenient as possible for you. You could enter a date when the goods should arrive at your place at the latest. We then planned the dispatch of the package in such a way that it arrived at your place by that day at the latest. But unfortunately, this has repeatedly led to confusion.
That's why we have now decided to let you choose the shipping day yourself. This means that you no longer choose when your parcel should arrive at you, but directly when we should send it. Depending on the selected shipping method, the package will arrive 1 - 3 days after this date.
Improved information about shipping date
Also in the old shop you could see the planned shipping date via your customer account. Of course, it makes more sense to inform you of this additionally by e-mail. For technical reasons, this has not been possible so far. With the new version we have now changed that. In the course of the order process, you will receive various status updates of your order from us. In one of these mails, we will now also send you the planned shipping date.
New payment methods
In addition to the usual payment methods (prepayment, immediate transfer, PayPal and invoice), we now also offer you payment by credit card and Giropay.
Wishlist / Save item for later
From now on, you can add your favorite products to your personal wish list. This wish list gives you quick access to the products you order again and again. In this way, products can also be saved for your next order. To add a product to your wish list, click on the heart positioned on the product image. Above the main menu you will find the link to your personal wish list.
In the future, problems that occur during shipping will be displayed internally. This gives us the opportunity to react more quickly to such problems and thus ensure better customer service.
Clearer customer account
We have now made your customer account much clearer. Information is now presented much more clearly and can therefore be found more quickly.
In addition, you can now also download an invoice for your order. Please note that this invoice only contains the final amount. Therefore, the invoice in your customer account is only valid in conjunction with the receipt. This is always in your package.
In addition, we have improved the security and privacy of our shop.
