Turkey bratwurst from Ullrichs Putenhof
On this page we would like to introduce you to our different types of bratwurst. All our turkey sausages are ideal for grilling. Especially with the charcoal grill, the typical, hearty smoke aroma can develop perfectly. But don't worry, if the weather does not play along, you can of course also fry the sausages in the pan. Apart from the shell, all turkey sausages listed here are made of 100% turkey meat. The shell of the intestine itself comes from the Schaaf.
