Der Teig ist ultra dünn und die Maultaschen sind prall gefüllt mit Spinat, der ganze hervorragend schmeckt. Ich bestelle immer auf Vorrat, friere mir einige Maultaschen ein. Sie tauen sehr schnell auf und lassen sich in der Pfanne hervorragend anbraten. Dazu ein Spiegelei und fertig ist die schnelle nahrhafte Mahlzeit.
