Preparation recommendation:
Preheat oven to 120°C. Fry upper leg roll roast about 90-110 min. with onions, leeks, garlic and carrots depending on the size. Then drain vegetables and juice for sauce. Heat the oven with convection to 180-200°C. Remove the net or string from the roast. As soon as temperature is reached, fry in the oven for about 20-30 min. until crispy.
