Our onion meat can be used as a basis for a delicious onion roast.
Preparation recommendation:
Fry the meat vigorously. Then remove the meat from the pan and sauté the onions to the desired brown. Remove the onions from the pan and put the meat back in the pan, put the lid on it and let it stew over low heat (level 1) for about 90-120 minutes. Possibly deglaze with a little broth or beer. The sauce can be tied with flour or sauce binder. Add the onion back to the meat.
