Are you looking for a turkey ready for ovens that is already pickled (injected) and filled with a delicious filling? Then you've come to the right place. We take care of the filling and insertion for you!
We guarantee that if you follow our supplied preparation recommendation, your turkey will become crispy on the outside and remain beautifully juicyon the inside. It is important that the core temperature is not exceeded.
Liquid seasoning:
Since filled turkeys can no longer be pickled, all turkeys filled by us are pickled with our liquid seasoning and additionally injected.
The seasoning consists of water, rock salt and natural spices. No additives or allergens are contained. The contained rock salt preserves in a natural way. This also extends the shelf life of the turkey by about 2 - 3 days. By injecting, the spice sheet penetrates much better into the meat than if you just pickle the turkey. important! Since our liquid seasoning contains rock salt, you should save on the marinade with salt.
We offer two different handmade fillings:
This filling gets its hearty rustic taste from smoked ham, mushrooms, onion and bread cubes. The filling can be served as a side dish with turkey.
The classic American variant: A very tasty filling consisting of butter, bread cubes of box white bread and aromatic sage.
Ingredients: rolls (WHEAT FLOUR, water, YEAST, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sugar), rock salt (potassium iodate), spices, sage, butter (MILK), EGG
How far in advance do I need to buy my turkey?
Please buy your turkey at least 8 days in advance. Since we can only raise a limited number of turkeys, there are always bottlenecks, especially at Christmas. Therefore, we recommend that you order your turkey for Christmas 2 - 3 weeks in advance.

Perfekter Truthahn
Die Qualität des Fleisches war hervorragend. Mit dem beigelegten Rezept wurde der Truthahn auf den Punkt gegart. Super lecker und saftig. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Pünktliche Lieferung in 1A Verpackung.

Der Truthahn kam umweltfreundlich verpackt und gut gekühlt bei uns an. Das Fleisch war sehr zart und saftig und gut gewürzt. Auch die Füllung war super lecker und als Beilage für 8 Personen absolut ausreichend. Da hätte ich mir mindestens eine Beilagen sparen können. Echt toll! Vielen Dank dafür!!
