preparation:
Oven: In a refractory form with our vegetable sauce, to which you have mixed some curry powder. Bake at 160°C for about 20-30 minutes. Stir in between.
Pan: Fry all around, add some cream, orange juice or pineapple juice and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes. If necessary, bind the sauce.
