preparation:
For preparation in the oven, we recommend seasoning the turkey breast from the outside and packing it in a roast hose. Depending on your preference, you can still cut vegetables into small pieces and add them. The gravy does not evaporate through the roast hose and you can later conjure up a delicious sauce with the vegetables. Fry the turkey breast at about 120 °C for about 1 hour. Thus, the turkey meat of the turkey breast is gently cooked. To get a nice crust, then open the tube, pour off the juice and vegetables for the sauce and turn the temperature up until the breast has reached the desired browning.
