80% turkey meat (breast),red pepper, zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, cheese,garlic, table salt (potassium iodate), herbs, spices, dextrose, seasoning, sugar
Preparation recommendation:
Preheat oven to 120°C. Fry breast roll frying about 60-70 min. with onions, leeks, garlic and carrots depending on the size. Then drain vegetables and juice for sauce. Heat the oven with convection to 180-200°C. Remove the net or string from the roast. As soon as temperature is reached, fry in the oven for about 20-30 min. until crispy.

Place roast for about 1-3 hours in the freezer so that you can cut it later into 2-3 cm thick slices. Place slices of meat in a casserole pan and pour tomato sauce to the edge of the meat To top meat slices with mozzarella. Preheat oven to 200°C. Then fry or bake for about 45 minutes.
As a side dish we recommend spaghetti and an Italian salad with ham and cheese
