Preparation recommendation:
In the pan: Fry vigorously and remove meat from the pan. Then steam the onion in it and add the broth or water. Simmer the roulades for 15-20 min. and tie the sauce. Refine fraiche with cream or cream.
In the oven: Remove string from roulades. Preheat oven to 180°C (convection). Place the roulades with the open side down in a baking tray or baking tray. Fry roulades for about 20.-25min.
