Chest sections from the turkey breast
Some also know this product under the name turkey breasttip.
In order for turkey cutlets to get their beautiful shape, they are cut from the turkey breast by our butchers. During this process, pieces of meat fall off, which can no longer be sold as schnitzel due to their size. Qualitatively, however, they are comparable to turkey cutlets. The breast sections are ideal for stir-fry dishes or turkey slices. Our turkeybreast sections are also ideally suited for the "mixed salad with turkey breast strip"that is very popular in Germany.
Cut the turkey breast sectionsinto small strips. You can then marinate the turkey breast,for example, with a sauce of "Crema de Balsamico", pepper and some garlic. Put canola oil in a pan and heat the oil. Then fry the turkey breastshort and vigorous all around. After a maximum of 2 - 4 minutes, turn off the hob. If the strips are not quite through on the inside, then just let them steep a little more in the warm pan. Finally, you can salt the turkey meat pieces a little and then put them over a nice colorful salad plate.
Alternatively, cut some mushrooms into slices and fry them with a few onions. Later, add the fried turkey strips (see previous section). Then add some cream and season everything as you like. As a side dish to this mushroom cream sliced we recommend spaetzle. Enjoy your meal.
